Each chef brings their own creativity to CAC, serving up catch-of-the-day with classic recipes and gourmet variations featuring local ingredients. Daily meals are served family style and the menu is just a sample of what you might enjoy during your adventure aboard the Saltery ‘C’. While we’re not a cook-to-order restaurant, special dietary considerations can be accommodated. Bring your appetite! Our sample menu is to give guests an idea what kind of meal experience you’re in store for aboard the Saltery “C”! The menu may change over the course of the summer or depending on the catch of the day, however, it will be nonetheless delicious and healthy as always.

Breakfast
▪ Brûlée French Toast topped with fresh strawberries and whipped cream with a side of chicken apple sausage
▪ Crab Benedict with lemon hollandaise and a fresh fruit platter
▪ Belgium Waffles with honey-butter topped with chef’s blueberry jam & whipped cream served with smoked bacon
▪ Quiche Lorraine served with basket of oven-fresh Blueberry Buttermilk muffins
▪ Fresh-catch Gravlax made with Smoked Salmon Vodka, bagels, cream cheese, capers and red onion
Lunch
▪ Italian Smoked Sausage pasta with baby spinach-arugula served with herbed focaccia bread, olive oil and balsamic glaze dipping plate
▪ Salmon Burgers on ciabatta with lemon dill aioli and a Ceaser salad
▪ Shrimp & Cheese Strudel served with spring greens and Champagne vinaigrette
▪ Rock fish taco bar, pico de gallo salsa, guacamole, chipotle aioli and pineapple cole slaw
▪ Dungeness Crab Cakes served with chili aioli and lemon aioli, fresh house salad and hot garlic bread
Dinner
▪ Baked Herb-crusted Salmon with roasted red pepper cream sauce and garlic mashed potatoes, asparagus with Champagne shallot vinaigrette and Bibb lettuce salad posies with raspberry dressing
▪ All-you-can-eat Crab Feast, peel-n-eat jumbo spot prawns, smoky blue cheese salad and hot corn bread
▪ Baked Halibut Olympia, potato fennel gratin, roasted beet salad with goat cheese and toasted pecans
▪ Slow-cooked Pork Chops with apple and onions, mashed potatoes, mixed baby garden greens with honey Dijon dressing
▪ Cedar-planked Salmon Picatta with wild rice, cranberries and toasted pecans served with sauteed cut vegetables
▪ Macadamia Nut Crusted Halibut served with mango salsa, coconut mashed sweet potatoes and sauteed green beans served with sesame soy dressed green salad
