2025-26 Reservations and Deposits:
New guests please connect with us via our Contact Us form or call 907 225-0608 (leave a message). Repeat guests/friends you can email CAC or call Captain Rob directly. We highly recommend making your reservations early! Spaces fill quickly, sometimes a year in advance, so don’t wait! Our deposit policy is necessary due to the nature of our high quality, low volume, small group trips, and necessary for long-range planning. Our Alaska charter rates are the very best value.
To reserve your space, a registration form will be sent via email and is required to be returned within 14 days of receipt. Deposit due date will be discussed with you. Reservations made less than 60 days prior to date must be paid in full immediately after verbal confirmation by our office of the trip date. Late payments may result in releasing your reservation, and re-booking will then be subject to availability. Cancellations made prior to Jan 1st will receive a full refund. If a cancellation occurs after Jan 1st, alternate trip dates may be chosen or booking for the following year will be accepted, otherwise, a $500 per person cancellation fee will be charged. If the cancellation occurs after May 1st, a $1000 per person cancellation fee will be charged. If CAC cancels a trip due to unforeseen circumstances, mechanical issues, or any other reason, a full refund of deposit and monies paid to CAC will be made.
It is a very rare occurrence, however, if due to storm force weather, we cannot leave the dock, a refund adjusted to the time tied up and not engaged in charter activities will be made. While out on any adventure the weather tends to dictate our itinerary, but with so many options, activities, places to fish, safe anchorages, we will fish and explore successfully rain or shine. As the weather forecasts are made by the National Weather Service, Captain Rob ultimately decides on the most appropriate daily plan for the comfort and safety of guests and crew. CAC and Captain Rob are not responsible for missed flights to Ketchikan from the Lower 48, delays due to lost luggage, illness, death, or any weather related event in Alaska or the Lower 48, including earthquakes, tsunami’s, and, volcano’s.
